What could be more furry than Furby himself? Does anyone remember this guy? Way back when Scott and I first got married these guys were the latest craze. Scott and I lived in an apartment at the time, and I wanted a dog so bad. Well, instead of the dog, Scott got me a Furby. lol Not quite the same thing huh…but Scott rationalized his decision by deciding it was furry and trainable! Even though it wasn’t a dog, I fell in love with him….Furby still sits on my nightstand and when I go to bed every night, he tells me goodnight and then goes to sleep and snores!

We never saw that but I can see why you were attracted.
I remember them. Who couldn’t love a face like this!
I don’t know what that is, but it’s very cool! If it followed you home I hope you get to keep it!
I remember them too….and they still give me the creeps
Love the close crop that emphasizes Furby’s eyes and beak.
LOL – a face to remember! My children had them and I remember that we had to place them strategically in the room or when we went in to check them before we went to bed the darn furby would wake up and say hello – scaring us and sometimes waking the kids!
Never really came across them myself. Great focusing though. Nicely shot Tammy.

Awww…Furby…looks well loved!
Now, this is fun, he looks so curious.
Fun shot! Did Scott stand in line with hostile shoppers to get his chance to buy Furby? I can remember the clamor created by people waiting to purchase one!
Furbies made a reappearance about 4 years ago, and Rob got Macy and I each our own. Mine is insane. I finally had to take the batteries out. LOL! He still sits on my dresser, but thankfully no chatter.
I remember Furby. A must have toy. Hard to get. Played with a few times and relegated to the pile of toys that were no longer played with! Great crop!
I remember these…one of my daughters was dying to have one. I think she finally got one but am sure it is gone now as she is one of those who are not “savers” of everything nostalgic. I should ask her though…she might have it in her boys toy bins. Fun to see one again!
