Over the weekend we headed down to Kansas City for a soccer tournament. We left at 5:45 AM to make the morning game….although someone did not read the schedule right and we got there and realized the first game was not until 10 PM…go figure! You should have seen the boys faces, it was priceless. We ended up having a great weekend of shopping, tons of food, and luckily The Plaza’s Christmas lights (it was the last weekend of the lights). I took a few pics but not many and nothing really worth keeping. I kinda liked this one of the lights…loved how the Christmas lights surrounded the lit up stained glass. Took this from a moving car so not the greatest, but I liked the design. I added a frame to it and cropped it to a square…kinda liked how it turned out!

Love the colors, framing and kaleidoscopic look of this image!
This is beautiful Tammy.
It reminds me very much of a stained-glass window.
Very nice colours….they do realise that its bad luck to have your lights and decs up after 6th January 😉
Goes well together, like you said.
nice how the lights echo the shape of the stained glass – and the muted colours with the glowing glass look good.
That blue frame really accents the stained glass.
Gotta love where high school sports will take you. Jr. College sports are even worse. Love your star.
Beautiful combination!
So great an example of design!
I agree with Lois. It has a wonderful kaleidoscope look to it. I just like bright colors/lights.
Turned out quite nicely!
Stunning!
