As my blue skies disappeared, the rain clouds moved in! I thought the vapor from the planes made it even more dramatic…
Very Dramatic! Loads of things going on, I like how the contrail is deeply curved. Did you do invert process or is this how it looked when you saw it?
The only processing I did was cropped it a bit and used topaz adjust on the mild setting and then lowered the opacity to 40% over the original. It brought out a bit more of the details.
Wow, very dramatic clouds.
Beautiful dramatic clouds.
This is breathtaking! Congratulations!
Awesome picture! The trail from the planes adds a little extra. Have a great day!
I have never seen a contrail as wide as that!
We live about 2 miles from Offutt Air Force Base…we see all kinds of contrails lol We see all kinds of planes on a regular basis that most people never see (the only downfall is how loud it can be sometimes)
Thanks for the Explanation we just live on a commercial flight path. You threw me with your Pelican Comment, I went and scowered the three photos that I had posted and couldn’t even see a seagull, let alone a pelican, so I went to my blog page and there it was One of my header photos (Random Changing) you are the tricky one.! LOL
Wow what a unique shot Tammy! Really like the contrasts here.
Very cool vapor trails. It looks as if the pilot(s) were cloud hopping.
Very nice! Made better by the trails for sure.
wow you’ve a great eye, and how you transmit nature’s magic is magic…love the chilly little man as well on your bird bath…
Very dramatic…….like the way you composed the image.
Wow! This is wonderful.
So nicely seen and captured.
There’s an interesting 3D effect here, especially with the jet trail.
How unusually neat!! The contrail-cloud almost looks like some weird flower. Very creative —
Wow! A great capture!
lots of interest in this unusual interpretation of clouds both man and nature-made
