This dove sat motionless on her nest as I approached her…she didn’t seem nervous at all.  She must have known I’m a mama too!  🙂

    • Great image with lots of detail. Doves used to build nests in the hanging ferns on our deck until we decided to not put out any more ferns. The Mama Dove would just look at us and not be bothered by us at all, but we got so nervous about the babies leaving the nest and running into one of our dogs.
