First Presbyterian Church is the oldest standing church in the state of Nebraska (dating back to 1856). In the mid 1800’s a Reverend and his missionaries had a dream to build this church and as you can see it became a reality. As a little girl I had a dream that someday I would be married in this church and in 1991 I was. I just love how quaint it is with the little white picket fence. It has always seemed so inviting.
